Clubhouse

MALLORCAº3

june 7-12, 2025

Intro

Join us for 6-day stay at a hilltop villa near Deià, Mallorca.

While we are known to travel long and far, few things mean more to us than home. ROOV hosts a Clubhouse EXPERIENCE on our favorite Balearic Island and home - Mallorca. To celebrate the ability to connect once again, we invite you to join us June 7-12, 2025 for an idyllic stay in a 13th-century monastery near Deià.

The Tramuntana Mountains and Mediterranean Sea take center stage and the beauty of the early autumn light frames the Spainish sueño. As you walk through citrus groves and terraced olive trees, you hear sheep bells ring in the distance. Dive off cliffs into the deep blue sea and dry yourself with a kikoy on the warm rocks. Barefeet, tan legs, light shirts, sunglasses and smiles emerge. Activities and meals are times to connect and there is still space enough to disconnect - to read, to write, to remember you.

ROOV’s distinct style of turning the two-dimensional idea into a three-dimensional piece of work imbues a transformative experience. By simplifying and reinterpreting everyday life, we play with our way of seeing  - and this place, these people become boldly stamped in your memory. This is for the counterculture and lifestyle enthusiast who knows that there is a better way.

Welcome to our world, our home. We hope you can join us.

ITINERARY

Day One

Upon arrival into the Palma airport (PMI), you are met by your driver and transferred 35 minutes to Deià. As you are welcomed to this special place, you see the infinite potential of your stay. You have time to settle into your room, go for a swim and take a siesta.

In the early evening, Jen welcomes you to downshift into the present moment and place and conceptualizes what the next few days will entail.

Freshen up or go straight for some bitings and beverages on the terrace. The welcome dinner is served at a long table under the stars.

Note: Airport pick-up is for arrival day only. Should you plan to arrive earlier and stay at another hotel, you are responsible for your own transfer arrangements to our villa.

Day Two

Hot water, lemon, teas, juices, coffee, rusks and fruits will be available early. If you can, start slowly. Take a walk down to our favorite swim spot and revel in the morning light. Or for the active set, a mountain bike or road-ride might suit you. A sumptuous breakfast is arranged for mid-morning.

Enjoy the day exploring the surrounding area of Deia. Walk the cobblestoned town, get a fresh orange juice from one of the women in the village as you wind up to the church. Lunch is best at Ca’s Patro March in Cala Deià, at Nama Deià, or at La Residencia. Take in the famous view and go for an afternoon swim.

Head back to the villa - the location provides opportunity for relaxing in the monastery’s serene outdoor spaces. An aperitif is served on the terrace as the sun sets beyond the sea.

Shower before dinner on the terrace under the overhanging trees.

Day Three

Get the morning started with what you need for nourishment for breakfast set out in the kitchen - a scrumptious breakfast of homemade bakes, bread, granola, green juice and fresh eggs and veg.

Pack your backpack and prepare to stretch your legs. Our favorite hiking guide leads us on sampling of what the island has on offer. Hiking in Mallorca is prolific and the caminos never disappoint. A post-hike aperitif is set in a special spot with views that the monks fought hard for.

If time allows, take a siesta. Arouse to a commotion in the kitchen where a cooking class is on offer. Dinner is more familiar tonight, tasting and testing newly learned skills. Our private chef makes sure to supplement and the meal is congruous with others.

Wind down with some Billie Holiday or someone playing the piano in the background. Retire to your room to read and drift off to peaceful sleep.

Day Four

Awake to the necessities, dive into your morning desires. This morning, for those interested in the yoga, Jen guides you through a strong and sequenced flow. Enjoy a slow brunch where you can further connect with others or sit in silence and feel the sun on your face.

Midday we head into Palma to take prevue our exclusive spots and, curated collections as well as the iconic such as the King’s Palace and Cathedral. Lunch is in one of the local markets and isn’t your typical group lunch. Pick a stall, stand up, sit down, eat your favorite pintxos.

Explore the ramblas and shop around old town in the late afternoon followed by aperitifs catered back at Jen’s rooftop terrace. 360 views of the sea, the Cathedral and the Tramuntana offer an understanding of this chosen place. Dinner is out at our favorite local spot.

For those wanting to head home for an early night, you are transferred back to the villas. For those wanting to dance on tables, we’ll start in Santa Catalina and see where the night goes. Transfers back to the villa will be coordinated and provided.

DAY FIVE

Take a sunrise swim in the ocean and jump into the pool before dressing. Indulge in brunch before you decide what to do. There are options to venture out – bike, swim, snorkel or explore nearby Soller or Valldemossa. Otherwise, enjoy the midday at your leisure and take time to unwind with a book while you top up your suntan.

In the afternoon, you set sail on an idyllic llaüt. The boating perspective precludes an interesting aspect of island life. Our captain will pull into one of our favorite calas for a sunset swim followed by an aperitif to remember.

The last dinner is in, as you’ll never want to leave this special place.

Day Six

Enjoy the last morning with the usual setup and form of morning meditation. Pack up for a midday departure. Say your goodbyes to this incredible gathering and head home. You are met by your driver and transferred 35 minutes to the Palma airport (PMI).

Note: Villa pick-up is for departure day only. Should you plan to stay later and at another hotel, you are responsible for your own transfer arrangements to your hotel. ROOV can arrange for extensions and any and all ongoing travel arrangements.
